I am very sad because my order could not be delivered today, they initially told me that my order was confirmed with the passing of the afternoon, I did not receive the confirmation of the order, I had to call, and they told me that it would not be delivered until 8pm my order, I called again around 7:15pm and they confirmed that the order could not be delivered until Monday since they ran out of stock in the warehouse. Nobody informed me anything and I had to wait all the time for my order.
I found it in very bad taste to be told that I must wait until Monday for my order to be sent, to which I asked: My date and payment don't matter because Mother's Day is coming? I asked for my refund, and they told me that I had to wait until Monday for it to be processed and at the moment they can only tell me that an email has been sent. Furthermore, I hope that based on this experience, you take the necessary precautions with your clients for better service.
I hope to trust you again to enjoy your flowers. Thank you.

I placed an order on 21/03 for a birthday gift to be delivered on 25/03.Initially, I was informed by customer service that delivery couldn't be made on Monday due to the location, so it was rescheduled for Wednesday, which I agreed to. However, on Wednesday morning, I was told via webchat that delivery would be made that day.
Despite this assurance, the order was not delivered until Wednesday night US time. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that delivery was now scheduled for Thursday.they are giving variety of reasons on different platforms. Customer is not at home, damaged the flower in transit, wrong post code ...I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication regarding the delivery status. Despite repeated inquiries, there was no proactive communication from the company.
Additionally, I was informed that the phone number provided was international, but I suggested that an email could have been sent instead.
As the birthday was on Monday and the gift was not delivered as agreed
Regardless of any transit or florist issues, I hold the company responsible for the unsatisfactory service. There are alternative florists available, and I regret choosing your service

I thought this was going to be easy but it's by far! I needed to order different flowers because I purchased the wrong ones but you can't get ahold of anyone.

I have very bad experience with Bloomex. Ordered flowers for Sympathy on Aug 12, schedule to delivery on Aug 13, the one I ordered is 50% off promotion, order was completed with no issue, my cousin didn't receive the flowers on Aug 13, and no email communication with status, I called on Aug 14, and was told I need to pay extra $30 in order for delivery.
the reason is they cannot find any partner to fulfill the order with discount price, it's not a matter of $30, it's the way of running business is not acceptable!!!
also checked my credit card, they didn't refund money as well. I have to call and request the refund, hope I can get the money back.

I ordered sympathy flowers on Apr 30, 2021 to be delivered on May1. Flowers were not delivered and no one returned my email and voice mail.
I called 4 times on May 2 and 3. Each time a different person told me they were waiting for the production manager to reply and management would contact me. No one contacted me. This is garbage service.
DISHONEST AND UNETHICAL. They already took my money from my credit card

Delivered flowers that died the next day
Ordered flowers on May 14, 2021, for delivery the next day. Got an email there's a problem and the delivery will be on May 18, 2021, they will upgrade the flowers.
May 17, 2021, I received a email with Purolater tracking #, I realize the flowers left Ottawa on May 15, 2021, sent to Toronto then Peterborough and would arrive in Dunsford on May 19, 2021.
I called and left messages to cancel the order, no response. I emailed and was told it's not their fault it's the delivery company fault, so they cannot refund.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Paid extra to have a Saturday delivery. Had not heard from the recipient which is odd because normally when we send gifts they thank us.
i went to follow up and neither the agent on the phone or their live chat could help. they continually said we will email you. WELL I PAID FOR A SPECIFIC DELIVERY.
its unacceptable to not have delivery information available when you are a delivery site.
When i asked for a refund they hung up and now refuse to answer the phone. IF I COULD LEAVE 0 stars I would.
Especially during the holiday season they missed out on a lot of business i would and could have supplied.

You will NOT get what you ordered, nor will the order come the day you ask and PAY for.No customer service from the "manager"Instead of making it right, they spew out gabage.
I asked to have my bouquet delivered on October 31, they arrived October 30th and ruined the surprise.
The flowers sent, look like they were right from the $7 Sobeys flower bin.
I am absolutely disgusted.

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday-she lives in Fillmore, Utah and I live in Melbourne Australia. The order went through smoothly online, and a day later I received an automated email saying that the status of my order was "refunded" - absolutely no explanation why or any other form of communication
When I contacted them on the online chat, I eventually received a reply (Long delay in replying) saying that they are too busy so they cancelled my order.
I responded questioning why they hadn't told me that at the time of the order or even explained it in the email that I had received-and they replied using just the first letter of my name (M) - "would you prefer that your order just got lost"?
No more responses-probably one of the worst examples of customer service one can get

Very unhappy with the service
I ordered flowers yesterday to be delivered to my sis in San Jose today, store in Santa Clara, the person I spoke to was Tim. He said they don't have Balloons then I receive a email with an add with balloons then I sent an email to ask why would he tell me that.
todat they send me an email saying the order is cancelled cause they didn't have the roses i requested and address is too far to deliver, i'm so pissed off why didn't the stupid guy tell me when I was ordering. I'm extremely disappointed with their service,they completely suck, be careful when you choose these guys.
Luckily I saw my email but so late , had do another order to be delivered today,I hope it's done on time. I don't understand people screw up things and just say sorry, it does'nt help when it's too late,I wish they phoned me right away,never order from them again.

I placed an order for a bouquet to welcome home my uncle in the US from a long stay at the hospital. My credit card was charged but they had not received the order.
I tried for almost 2 weeks to follow up. During the live chat option customer service would reply back and say they will process it ASAP. However no follow up has been done and the order was never received.
I tried called the customer service number several times over the week and it would go to a message with again no follow up.
I finally called the line to place an order and they would not help. Rather they kept hanging up the phone when I asked about my existing order.
To date I have not received any follow up emails, a refund or a processed order.

I ordered flowers for my mother on 5/7 and had a delivery date of Monday May 11th. Sunday delivery was not available.
I called my mom to tell her so she wouldn't think I forgot her on this special day. She called today to say she never received any gift. I checked my e-mails and found the order, the confirmation and on Monday afternoon there was a e-mail saying that the delivery was cancelled. I contacted customer service and they said they don't deliver in that area.
That your computer system in not powerful and cannot block in accordance with delivery address. I am flustered by that reply. If I knew that you were unable to deliver to my mother I would have gone elsewhere.
I am beyond disappointed with your service which I have used for years. I would appreciate a reply.

Why would you cancel an order right before Mother’s Day?
I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day order: 541829 and then you cancel and refund my order 3 days before Mother’s Day. What kind of company is this?

It's a scam website. I would give them 0 star ratings if I could.
I ordered for mothers day, day after they sent me an order status saying refunded, I reached out to them and 2 DAYS they responded saying they cant do my order.
Leaving me running around 2 days before mothers day trying to get some more flowers ordered. Still waiting on a refund and after reading other reviews I think I've been scammed.
